These terms apply to the current free test version of Glow Over 40.

1. About Glow Over 40

Glow Over 40 is a digital wellness and lifestyle service offering information and personalised guidance in areas such as skincare, nutrition, movement, strength, wellbeing and healthy ageing.

The current version is a free test version.

2. Who may use the service?

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glow Over 40.

Glow Over 40 is primarily created for people around 40 and older, but adults under 40 are also welcome to use the service. The content is general wellness guidance and is not adapted to every individual life stage.

3. Personalisation

Glow Over 40 may adapt content, routines, tips and recommendations based on the information and choices you provide yourself in the service, for example your skin profile, goals, products and entries in the Glow Journal.

Personalisation does not mean that Glow Over 40 performs a medical assessment or makes a diagnosis.

4. Not medical advice

Glow Over 40 is intended for information, education, inspiration and general wellness guidance. The service does not replace a doctor, dermatologist, dietitian or other licensed healthcare professional.

The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

In the event of illness, discomfort, an allergic reaction, injury or any other question requiring an individual medical assessment, you should contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

5. Skincare, nutrition and physical activity

Skincare products and ingredients can affect different people differently. Stop using a product in case of an unexpected or strong reaction, and seek care when warranted.

Information about food, supplements, exercise, movement and healthy ageing is general guidance and should be adapted to your individual circumstances. Seek professional advice when needed.

6. Your data and local storage

In the current version, the information you enter in Glow Over 40 is stored locally on your device in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

There is currently no user account, no cloud sync and no central user database for this information.

You therefore carry the risk that locally stored information may be lost, for example if browser data is cleared, the device is changed, or the storage is otherwise removed.

7. Test version and changes

Glow Over 40 is under development. Features, content and design may therefore change during the test period.

We aim to keep the service available and working, but cannot guarantee that the test version is always free from errors or interruptions.

Changes to these terms will be communicated clearly where required. If a change requires renewed acceptance, you will be given the opportunity to provide it before the new version applies to you.

8. Permitted use

Glow Over 40 is intended for personal and lawful use. You may not attempt to disrupt the functioning of the service, circumvent security features, or use the service in a manner that violates the law.

9. Content and intellectual property

The Glow Over 40 name, design, texts, compilations and other proprietary material in the service may not be copied, published or used commercially without permission, except as follows from mandatory law or is otherwise expressly permitted.

10. Liability

Glow Over 40 should be used as a tool for information and personal wellness guidance. You decide for yourself which products, routines, dietary habits and activities you choose to use or follow.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the free test version at any time and use the functions in Privacy & Storage to delete locally saved information.

12. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may give you additional rights.
